EDRA, the European DIY Retail Association, and fediyma, the Federation of DIY Manufacturers, are pleased to announce the 1st Global DIY Summit 2011, in association with the Conference Group. The Summit, entitled "One World - What will shape the future of home improvement worldwide?", will take place on 8-9 June 2011, at the Square - Brussels Meeting Centre, in Brussels, Belgium. The event will focus on four key themes:

• The Common European Market - Tomorrow's challenges and opportunities.
• New Growth Markets Worldwide - Successful strategies and new ideas for the future.
• Sourcing in the new world - Global, regional or local?
This will be the first truly global event and promises to be the biggest ever held in our industry, bringing together home improvement centres and DIY manufacturers under one roof. It is the ideal opportunity for learning about new developments in the industry and for international networking.
