Ready to assemble benches for greenhouses and nurseries

The bench is born to assure a saving for customers and managers of greenhouses, nurseries and plant shops compared to the standard bench, seen that it can be taken to pieces and reducing transport charges.
Ready to assemble bench will be delivered taken to pieces: then it will be simply reassembled with manual riveters and screwdrivers. This simple procedure is guaranteed by the use of rivets for corners and screws for the assembly of support transverses.
ready to assemble bench is equipped with Danish tray and drain-cock with filter to avoid dirt and foliage accumulation.
The customer can choose to add swivel wheels or the application of adjustable height trestles with release system or with fixed height tops studied for wheels.
 
The polystyrene shelf is non-glare, high resistant to UV radiations with an height to the border  of 60 mm and it is has filter and drain-cock. Its fretted forms avoid water stagnation and it becomes ideal for ebb and flow system irrigations. The sleepers' array guarantee a maximum loading capacity of 70 kg/m².
 
 
Design features:
The structure of this product is whole realized with aluminium primary alloy draw extruded, for this reason it is very light and easy to handle. Then, all the components (sides, transverses and angulars) are cut and worked on work centres with numerical control and they are prepared to a precise and rapid assembly.
Trestles art realized with aluminium tubular 40x40x2mm, tall 650mm, with Ø 80 mm adjustable feet, or, as optional, a wheel kit composed by special caps with stain steel thread insert, n. 2 swivel wheels Ø100mm and n. 2 swivel wheels Ø100mm with brake.

This ready to assemble bench for greenhouses and nurseries is sold in 10 or 20 pieces in order to optimize both transport and delivery.

The use of aluminium benches as displayer for plants and flowers has antique origins and, more precisely, at the end of the Seventies, when the metallurgical market started to propose new alloys and new companies were able to sell aluminium in different forms with industrial costs. First used for production benches, it was then used inside a retail outlet thanks to its dynamism and moving flexibility.
Today every ORGANIZZAZIONE ORLANDELLI’s part of the bench has a deep history of study and experience; in fact, the constant development of material production technologies, in particular of plastic materials, has contributed to its realisation. The most important application of plastic materials, in our benches, is about the use of polystyrene shelves. Suitable for irrigation system ‘ebb and flow’, thanks to its technical features and appearance, it substitutes the previous aluminium shelves, inadequate because of the summer overheating and the unsightly incrustation due to the use of water and fertilizers.

In order to go along with the needs of excellent finishes and cheap benches, Organizzazione Orlandelli developed an appreciated product for worldwide customers: the READY TO ASSEMBLE bench to assemble.
The pre-pierced aluminium profiles will be assembled in a SIMPLE and RAPID way by the customer, using screws and rivets at disposal. In this way, the high aesthetic value and the same robustness of the welded bench is maintained, saving on the product price and on transport charges.

Completing the bench line, Organizzazione Orlandelli created benches of different forms, combining with the classic rectangular bench. The complete line of benches is composed by triangular, square and hexagonal ones; proposing also wall benches with 3 shelves and every product is equipped with adjustable height support on wheels, with filter and drain-cock.
